KOBIDO Day to Day Facial Regiment Guidelines
KOBIDO Daily Skin Care Regiment
A proper facial regiment is very similar in concept to well-executed hair care. Daily hair care of course revolves around the use of shampoo and conditioner; the shampoo to clean the hair and remove excess oil and dirt, and conditioner to restore moisture and nutrients lost in the process of cleaning. Face care should be treated in the same way. It’s important to both clean and properly treat the skin, and each step relies upon the others. Steps one and two in our process are for purification and three through five are to restore the moisture, vitamins, and minerals lost in daily life.
Step One: Cleanse
Cleansing is the most important part of the proper daily facial regiment, as it is the foundation upon which the remaining steps depend on. Without proper cleansing, the effects of the entire face care process will be marginalized.
Toner
Kobido Toners can be used before cleansing as well as in between most procedures in the daily facial regimen. Toners are alcohol-free and astringents are alcohol-based and should be used for bacterial control
Exfoliate
Exfoliation is the process of gently removing dead skin cells from the body in order to bring vibrant, living cells to the surface of the skin. For our gentle exfoliator, we suggest using two to three times a week in place of normal cleansing for that day, as our exfoliating products are Kobido cleansing scrubs.
Step Two: Purifying Mask
Kobido Masks are a method of providing deep purification and additional mineral replacement to supplement the rest of the facial care process. As such it is recommended they be applied three times a week to daily, depending on the needs of the individual.
Step Three: Treatment Mask
KOBIDO offers a variety of different treatment masks for different purposes, such as acne control, boosting collagen, reducing wrinkles, age spot reduction, anti-aging, and a variety other skin conditions. Please choose the proper mask to suit your needs.
Step Four: Moisturize
After all cleansing is complete, apply toner to your entire face to re-hydrate the skin. KOBIDO prepares many different moisturizers, oil-free hydrating serums, as well as liquid moisturizer (squalene-based) to accommodate all skin types and individual needs. Please check our moisturizer page for general guidelines or consult your esthetician to determine which of our moisturizers is most suited to your needs.
Step Five: Eye Care
KOBIDO has three different specially prepared eye care products. If you begin developing bags under your eyes and need reduced collagen, we highly suggest using ReSTORE. If you have fine lines or age spots around the eyes we would suggest the use of ReCOVER. We suggest Kobido RePAIR, if the area around the eye is sensitive.
To maintain the highest quality product, KOBIDO ingredients are expertly chosen in balanced combinations. We do not use any ingredients from animals or insects and we do not conduct animal testing. No artificial colors or fragrances are added.
Providing the best skin care possible without compromise or restriction is how KOBIDO organics achieves excellence.

The cause of anxiety is well established. When enough stress is presented to the physical-mental-emotional body, nervous behaviors are likely to surface. Too much mindfulness can obstruct the begining steps of sleep. Internal organs deficient of energy will present with a long list of imbalancing symptoms such as high blood pressure, spasms, palpitations, restless leg and insomnia, etc. affected by deficient energy.Regard yourself, eliminate waking activities during rest time, add exercise, allow only sensitive people in your personal space until you are sustain the challenges. Eat nutritious food and take natural herbs that don’t add to the imbalance but rather help in re-establishing your center. Consider working with a counselor/pychotherapist to find alternatives to your current anxiety management strategies.

When I had an anxiety attack, I didn’t know about nutrition and herbology and at that time, I could not imagine that traditional Chinese herbs would have been effective with other modalities of treatment. In a stressed-out condition, there is a need for quick and strong relief. But in the long run, healthy foods and natural approaches to health are very useful in reaching balance.
Individual Constitution will affect outcomes from all foods. Accordingly, a cold body type person needs to avoid cold foods that makes you cold. Continued ingestion of cold food will make it hard to ignore the painful cold spots. Body functions will slow in pace. But in general the above selection benefits most people. If you want to get customized then I would suggest contacting, specifically, an Asian Medicine Herbalist. Notice I didn’t say accupuncturist. It is very important to find someone who specializes in Chinese herbs or herbology and food therapy regarding customized food and herb strategies.
Anxiety relief can be found naturally with food therapy & traditional Chinese herbs.
