Another thing which will help to lose fat from your face is to do aerobic exercise programmes such as running, walking, swimming, or playing a kind of sport.  The reason why this helps is really because you’re burning a ton of additional calories, that means losing pounds on all the parts of your body. 

Also, if you can exercise two times a day ( even for just 10-15 mins ), that’s better than one long session of 20-30 mins as it keeps your metabolic rate high during the day. 

Diet

Having a comprehensive diet is crucial to understanding how to lose fat from your face.  The cause of this is it’s far easier to chop out 500 or 1,000 calories a day from your diet than to burn that many additional through exercise! 

So whatever you do, ensure you stay clear of junk food.  It’s just empty calories that go direct to your gut ( and face ), so keep away!
