725T

Merit Fitness 725T Treadmill is produced by Johnson Health Tech that is a leading name in the world of fitness and health equipment industry. This equipment is nicely valued at the mid level. However, the prices can range considerably between the shop. Most of the costs that you see at the shop will range among $500 – $600. Whereas you could get some cheaper value in the online shops.

2 things you should understand about Merit 725T Fitness. Firstly, you shall see that this product comes with a 2.25 horsepower engine or the other might refer it as a 1.25 hp continuous duty auto. Are you confused by these 2 dissidence specification? Fundamentally, both are true. Actually, the Merit 725T is build with a 2.25 HP auto but this motor is rated to go without problems at 1.25 HP.

All motors won’t be moving at their loaded capacity. So this is no different from any other autos in other treadmills. Moreover, a 1.25 horsepower continuous duty engines is enough than you need. This auto is capable to power the treadmill up to 10mph. That is pretty fast. Most home casual runners won’t reached half that speed most of the time.

Secondly, the aka running surface is 45” long x 18” width. This dimension is rather small. Just a comparison, some of the more scarce treadmill like the Bowflex Series 7 treadmill is 20” x 60”. However, the value differs greatly (although the Bowflex Series 7 can arguably consider as a high-end range product based on the motor price & motor).

Anyhow, you could see that the a lot of difference is the length. So, how does this translate to? Basely, a longer conveyor is good if you have a long pair of legs or you run at a high speed. The long running surface allows for more room and minimize the chances of you felt down. Just imagine you last visit to a crowded place where people are back to back of one another and you have hardly any space to walk. It feels about that. So a bigger running space (in reality, I should say longer) running room is more preferable.

One of customer review is G. Barber. Here is what he said about Merit Fitness 725T Treadmill “We received this treadmill about one month ago, and have used it almost every day since then for light jogging (6-7 mph). It arrived in exemplary time, and set-up was very easy. Balancing the belt took a bit of fine-tuning, but was not a problem. My wife and I are very like with the price we pay for this treadmill. It is a steal for the value we paid ($399), and we highly recommend it!”

Martial Arts Footwear – Mandatory For Martial Arts

Congratulations for your decision to pick up martial arts! As we all know, it takes discipline and determination to walk the path of the warrior. Accepting the challenge of martial arts on all levels is the best way for us to grow and get the most out of it: The spiritual and emotional as well as the mental and physical level.

Practicing martial arts myself I can relate to your decision to the impact it will have on your like. It gave me more energy but also discipline and calmness. I’m absolutely positive that you will feel more energy in your life than ever before if you follow this path.

As you probably know, most Japanese martial arts do not require any martial arts footwear. It’s quite the opposite: most martial arts require you to take of your shoes before you start the training.

Of course there are martial arts that require the participants to wear martial arts footwear as well. You will find yourself unable to get your stance right and follow the training without a strong and durable pair of shoes. Shoes of low quality even bear the risk of accidents and injuries.

Don’t make the mistake of saving a few bucks on your martial arts footwear and end up hurting yourself in the training. If you can’t participate for a few weeks, it will hurt your endurance, too. You will have a hard time to once again start the training.

And if the martial arts requires you to wear shoes, it’s not very clever to practice without footwear out of stubbornness. Of course, we all know those guys who proclaim that shoes would somehow make the training less effective, but here’s one question for you: Can you imagine many situations when you are on your bare feet and have to defend yourself? How often will this happen? On the beach perhaps, but that’s all.
