The cause of anxiety is well established. When enough stress is presented to the physical-mental-emotional body, nervous behaviors are likely to surface. Too much mindfulness can obstruct the begining steps of sleep. Internal organs deficient of energy will present with a long list of imbalancing symptoms such as high blood pressure, spasms, palpitations, restless leg and insomnia, etc. affected by deficient energy.Regard yourself, eliminate waking activities during rest time, add exercise, allow only sensitive people in your personal space until you are sustain the challenges. Eat nutritious food and take natural herbs that don’t add to the imbalance but rather help in re-establishing your center. Consider working with a counselor/pychotherapist to find alternatives to your current anxiety management strategies.

Here is one piece of the puzzle. Beneficial foods which diminishes characteristics of anxiety.

When I had an anxiety attack, I didn’t know about nutrition and herbology and at that time, I could not imagine that traditional Chinese herbs would have been effective with other modalities of treatment. In a stressed-out condition, there is a need for quick and strong relief. But in the long run, healthy foods and natural approaches to health are very useful in reaching balance.

Individual Constitution will affect outcomes from all foods. Accordingly, a cold body type person needs to avoid cold foods that makes you cold. Continued ingestion of cold food will make it hard to ignore the painful cold spots. Body functions will slow in pace. But in general the above selection benefits most people. If you want to get customized then I would suggest contacting, specifically, an Asian Medicine Herbalist. Notice I didn’t say accupuncturist. It is very important to find someone who specializes in Chinese herbs or herbology  and food therapy regarding customized food and herb strategies.

Anxiety relief can be found naturally with food therapy & traditional Chinese herbs.

Hypnotherapy is an effective treatment of stress.

There is no doubt that hypnosis is a very effective stress treatment of stress. When an individual feels he does not have the resources to cope with a task he is confronted with stress develops. Hypnosis works by changing perception, belief and ability to cope so the subject no longer feels he is no longer incapable.

90% of diseases are directly due to stress, said Dr. Lipton. Persistent stress starves vital organs of nutrients and oxygen. On the odd occasion this is not a problem but when it becomes persistent, diseases are likely.

It is not the situation you confront that is the cause of stress but by the way you perceive this situation and whether you feel you have the power in you to deal with it. hypnotherapyworks remarkably well in stress because it changes your perception, expectation and belief.

Following hypnosis treatment, extremely stressful tasks are transformed into tasks you can easily do because, you now know that you have the resources to handle what you are faced with little effort on your part.

During hypnosis, you become deeply relaxed and drop down to brainwave level theta. At theta brainwave level, the filters that block unwanted messages to enter the Subconscious Mind, relax and the hypnotherapist can alter belief, attitude and expectation.

Hypnosis is without doubt a safe and powerful anxiety and stress treatment. Meditation is an effective tool and recommended for stress. It is, however, very difficult to see how a stressed person can relax, and if he or she cannot relax, meditation becomes very difficult. It is better to have hypnosis as an immediate treatment and then introduce meditation for the long term stress control and overall life enhancement.

Anyone who has experienced stress will tell you stress is an unpleasant thing. The fun goes out of your life and your libido goes away. Anger, rage, anxiety and depression are symptoms you can develop. Creativity lessens during stress and unnecessary mistakes increase.

The most serious problem with stress, however, is that it stimulates the heart and shuts off vital nutrients to important organs of the body by triggering the fight or flight reaction. Researchers believe this is the reason it is the underlying cause for 90% of diseases. In industry there are millions of days a year lost through stress and the cost to the health providers is enormous.

Hypnosis can change your attitude to stress and it is not just a treatment for your present stress but it gives you belief and coping skills to control stress in the long term.

In a hypnotic session, the hypnotist will give you very powerful and effective post hypnotic suggestions not just on how to cope with your current situation but generally on all aspects of your life. He is likely to say, “You are relaxed and calm. You will have no fear when confronting any situation and know that if it can be done, you are very capable and competent to do it.” Effective post hypnotic suggestion enables you to approach your next task with the attitude, “What is fast and best way of doing this?” rather than, “I don’t think I can do this.”

So have hypnotherapy rather than drugs, counselling, CBT or psychotherapy for safe and outstanding results of stres. Bear in mind that hypnosis is nothing more than a state of heightened awareness and your brain becomes alert and receptive. It does not analyse or filters like the left brain. While remaining in a deep relaxed state, the Subconscious MInd simply accepts positive suggestions.
