I have suffered from an eating disorder for over 2 years now and have had anorexia on and off for the same amount of time. I have recently been trying so hard to gain control of my thoughts towards eating and in doing so i picked up the good health magazine. Not only has it helped my thoughts towards eating but it has given me a new sense of self worth. I really want to be a healthy weight again and be able to live a normal life of an 18 year old. Your magazine has helped me in so many ways and i just wanted to thank you for that. I don't think your magazine gets enough credit for helping people at the other end of the spectrum. Not only does it help people who want to lose weight but it also helps people get into the habbit of eating a healthy amount of food.
