Anti-Aging Solutions

Many people believe that the majority of skin-ageing is caused by too much sun exposure. This is a massive figure and one that has to be taken seriously for anyone who is looking at ways in delaying the aging process.

For people who enjoy spending time sunbathing as it makes them feel good and because they like looking tanned, I would advise a strong sun cream. The sun lotion should be applied at regular times throughout the day as per the guidelines on the bottle – and a little bit of shade from time to time would also be advisable.

It is also important to ensure we get enough sleep. Research suggests that people who only average around six hours sleep per night will age in looks far quicker than people who average eight hours. When I was younger I had a stutter, this caused me many a sleepless night. I was eager to find out how to stop stuttering as I was desperate to achieve fluency. I attended various forms of stammering treatments and was eventually able to achieve fluency. Those years with many nights of lack of sleep will have certainly aged me – years I can not reclaim – but what the heck I am fluent now!

Again this is very logical as if you have a period of a couple of weeks when you do not get enough sleep, bags can appear under one’s eyes. If you have a really good nights sleep you tend to wake up not only feeling fresh and awake but also looking fresh and healthy. My advice here for people who have developed these bags under their eyes would be to use a good eye cream or to gently massage their eyes every day. Getting a good nights sleep is not always easy; I know that. I used to worry a lot about work; I worked for a poster printing company and always felt under pressure to get more sales which often led to a sleepless night. I also had a part job time of which I needed plenty of energy for which was offering people advice about egg donation solutions and for those who have received a notice of intended prosecution. Something which without doubt speeds up the ageing process is smoking cigarettes. It is far from straight forward to stop smoking but for those people out there who are serious about staying younger for longer it really is essential. There are of course many other reasons to stop smoking, therefore be brave and look at ways to quit smoking today.

The Importance Of Sun Protection Cream

It is important to watch out for the health of your skin all of the time especially if you are exposed to the sun. The dangerous rays of the sun are responsive to those who have fair skins rather than those who have dark skins.

The first thing you must know is the reason why the skin gets tanned when one stays under the heat of the sun. It is because of the melanin that the skin becomes tanned. Melanin is formed differently for every individual. This is the reason why some people have their skins darkened faster than some people. Skin tanning is dependent on where you are and what type of skin you have. The nearer you are to the equator, the heater the rays of the sun are.

Creams formulated for sun protection are utilized in different ways to guard the skin. Sun filters are divided into two kinds namely physical and chemical sun filters. {Using SPF can help to prevent skin conditions such as skin pigmentation, age spots and melasma}.

The skin is penetrated by these sun filters and so the rays of the sun are absorbed. There is no damage to the skin due to the riddance of the harmful rays from going through the deep layers of the skin.  Damages are rid of through the chemical filters protecting the skin. The physical sun filters, on the contrary, works by means of laying a thin membrane that bounces off the damaging rays from the sun.

Ultraviolet type A (UVA) rays and ultraviolet type B (UVA) rays are guarded from infiltrating the skin by the sun protection creams. The more usual term for these sun protection creams is broad spectrum cream. Ultraviolet type B rays damage the skin by burning its topmost layer and triggering skin cancer. On the other hand, ultraviolet type A rays do not burn the skin but they have the ability to penetrate. Actinic keratosis treatment can be in the form of a topical cream, liquid nitrogen or laser.

SPF or sun protection factor is the one used to scale the capability of the sun protection cream on resisting the harmful UVB rays. However, applying a sunscreen with a high sun protection factor should not let you stay in the sun more because doing so will only lead you to being exposed to more UVA rays. The sun protection cream you are going to purchase must depend on the type of skin you have. A sun protection cream that has an SPF 15 is most manageable for many people.
